Reservations and Cancellation Policy
» A reservation is guaranteed with a Visa or MasterCard.
» We take a booking fee equal to first night or 25% which ever is the greater on all confirmed reservations (this is normally paid from your credit card 48 hours after booking) cancellation made within this 48 hours no charge to customer.
» Motel Rooms cancelled within the 5 days before arrival, will pay full booking
» Cottage/cabin cancelled within the 10 days before arrival, will pay full booking
» All accommodations unused and not cancelled, will be charged for all unused nights.
» A multi-day reservation not cancelled, will be charged for all unused nights.
» On long weekends and holidays we request a 3 day minimum stay.
